Deposits & Withdrawals

Any cash-ins to Ignition Casino will be audited before processing. You must provide proof of your identity and physical address. Additionally, you must provide copies of credit cards and any other required documentation when withdrawing your money from the casino. 

Your proof of identity must match the name registered on your casino account at Ignition Casino. If you are not able to provide this information within four weeks of the request, your account may be locked, and your winnings may be voided. You must redeem all deposit bonuses within one month of the receipt. If it’s a birthday bonus, you must redeem up to one month after the date. Failure to meet or comply with the provided terms and conditions will become promotion abuse. If this happens, the Ignition Casino management may take any of the following actions:

  • All balances and withdrawals will become bull and void 
  • Your account will be terminated immediately

You must wager all winnings from free spins at least 60 times before withdrawing the money. Free spins are limited to specific games. If you receive free spins on top of a deposit bonus, you must complete them at the specified game before playing another game with the deposit bonus. Free spins don’t change the terms and conditions of the initial deposit bonus.

If you have not made any deposits, you can only claim free bonus winnings once. If you claim a free bonus yet your last deposit is over three months old, you may not withdraw your winnings. If you make winnings on linked accounts with the exact offers, they will be voided and removed from the accounts automatically. 

The maximum bet allowed for all bonuses is $10. Any bets above $10 during a bonus will result in voided winnings. Any bets higher than the maximum amount, $10, will only partially contribute to the wagering requirements of the bonus. The maximum amount to be deducted from the wagering requirements is only $10 unless stated otherwise.

Cashback Promotion Terms 

If you are eligible for a cashback promotion, usually 25% for regular players and 40% for VIPs, you may claim it from the customer support team for every loss of $10 without a deposit bonus attached. Note that deposits with a bonus attached are not eligible for a cashback. 

There is a 10x wagering requirement on the cashback, and is playable on all slot games and keno. Your balance must be lower than $1 to claim the cashback. You must not use a promotion together with another offer in the same balance. You must not transfer promotional offers to another player. They are only for the intended recipient shared through email. There is a maximum amount of players allowed in online poker freerolls. This number must not be exceeded. You will not receive compensation or refunds for not registering on time. The same applies to failure to unregister, losing your seat, or being unable to participate in the game.

Any tournament tickets you may win during freerolls will not be exchanged or refunded for cash. Also, these tickets lose validity when the tournament is changed or canceled and will not be refunded. You must wager all winnings from free spins at least 60 times before withdrawing the money. Free spins are limited to specific games. If you have not made any deposits, you can only claim free bonus winnings once. If you claim a free bonus yet your last deposit is over three months old, you may not withdraw your winnings.
